Why do my All-Time Leaderboard points differ from the points displayed in my Profile?
The member's profile includes points earned from participating in the community and points earned from badges. The Leaderboards, on the other hand include the former.
Take note that points displayed are rounded off.
How are points accounted other subcommunities?
Previously, our community leaderboards included all points earned from participating in all sub-communities – English, Spanish and Portuguese.
In order to drive engagement, we changed our leaderboards to display points earned for participating in a specific community.
