Most of the points and badges are awarded automatically for participating in the community. Some are special and subject for review, so they are awarded manually by the NetSuite Support Community team.
Earning points and badges
Earning badges for a variety of actions. Most of our badges are awarded for cumulative actions (getting reactions from other community members such as likes, providing answers that are accepted as correct, and commenting).
There are also special badges that can be acquired by doing certain actions like referring a member, introducing yourself, writing content, updating a profile picture, mentioning other members in a discussion, attending webinars and participating in webinar surveys so make sure to explore our community to get them.

Receiving reactions from other members
One of the ways to engage with the members of the community is by reacting to their threads or comments. Let them know your thoughts using reactions and they might just return the favor to you.
Answering questions of other members
Helping others by leaving meaningful comments isn’t only satisfying but is also going to let you earn points to climb up the leaderboard and establish your reputation within the community.
