Workflow Based on Saved Search

I am trying to create a workflow that will set a field value based on a saved search. I am sure it is something simple, but it is not triggering. Because it is based on saved search results and no user interaction, is scheduling the only option for trigger type? I have attached screen shots of the search and the workflow and action. Any help would be appreciated. After a 30 minute delay, Amazon orders will appear on the saved search and then the workflow needs to set the fraud status to verified/order approved.
