Allow Mixed Items or Lots only in Certain Bins

I would like to have some bins allow only one item per bin, and others that need to allow for mixed items. I will need to check allow mixed items and allow mixed lots on my item records. Can I configure a bin so that a specific bin does not allow mixed items?
