Behavior of Transaction Body Fields on Saved Search Automated Email
We have two nearly identical Transaction Body Fields - one is called Internal Notes and the other is called External Notes. I have a saved search set to send an automated email to the sales team whenever the External Notes field content is changed. It works perfectly.
I had a user ask for a similar saved search, only they wished to perform the same automated email whenever the Internal Notes field content is changed. It fails every time.
The two saved searches have the same criteria:
Transaction Type = Purchase Order
Status = Pending Receipt
Main Line = True
the setup of the custom fields is nearly identical, the only difference is that one field has 3 "from bundle" and the other has two of the three "from bundle" (in bold below).
