Bill is not editable
I'm an administrator and there is Bill for this particular vendor and it doesn't let me edit. This also applies to user with a Full level permission on Vendor Bill.
We compared with other vendor, and we are able to edit.
Context: we have coupa integration. Vendor's address was changed. Bill was paid but then the payment was voided. User needs to cut a check.
Posting period for AP is closed but I was able to edit a bill from a different vendor in that same closed posting period.
Not sure why this bill from this particular vendor was locked for us.
