Restrict resources from entering time entry dates beyond Project Task date range

hi,

i understand there is an enhancement: 264709  to address system limitation to restict. Would like to know, how to find the time entries which has been submitted beyond Project Task date range. Pointers to Search / Suite QL, would help.
