Search shows when a user has Reallocated Items

I believe this is a current limitation, but I thought I would check. Is there a way to show who reallocated inventory and what it was reallocated from and to? We have users reallocating inventory in the system and it is causing issues for the warehouse.

I look forward to hearing input on this.
