Is There an Option to Default a Common Support Email ID for All Case Emails?
Is there an option in NetSuite to keep or default a common support email ID for all incoming and outgoing case emails? This would help ensure a copy of the emails is available in Outlook for tracking purposes. Has anyone found a way to achieve this?
