Sales Order Approved Date

Hello Team,

We have a custom field on our Sales Order specific for approval stages.

  • Pending Sales Head Approval
  • Pending Accounting Approval
  • Fully Approved

May I know what is the correct formula to know when the custom field was changed to "Pending Accounting Approval?"

It is possible that the SO will be rerouted for approval, so it is possible that it will be in Pending Accounting Approval multiple times, we want to get the most recent date.

Please advise. Thanks!
