Field value not populated from selected source
Hi community!
We have created some custom fields for a custom record and we want the values of those fields to populated from another custom record:
- We have the "Customer Survey" customer record that contains the below custom fields:
2. Those fields are disabled and shown the values of the relevant field an custom record "Contract Items":
But unfortunately they are not populated correctly in the record:
This is the current setup done on the fields:
Any idea what sourcing&filtering should be used there for the field to work??
