KPI Scorecard > Custom KPI
Hi there,
Is there a way to create a saved search that can be used in a custom KPI scorecard that shows the number of customers that have placed more than 1 order in the various time periods?
I can create a transaction saved search where Results are
- group on name
- count document numbers
and under Criteria > Summary > count of document greater than 1
When I put that saved search in the KPI Scorecard it gives gibberish numbers. I want the total number of results (total number of customers listed).
