Event Base Workflow Send Email - shows executed but is not received at sent users email address.
I am working on a workflow to send tracking information to customers one an item fulfillment transactions is marked shipped.
Company settings are set to Email User
Workflow log shows Send Email Executed
Communication tab includes email under messages.
Email is not getting received by user. Not in Trash. Not in Spam. I cannot figure out why is email isn't getting sent through.
