remove alert "Critical upgrade to your NetSuite payments integration."

Hi,

We were using Merchant-E solution as a payment gateway, we moved to another payment gateway, but the alert "Critical upgrade to your NetSuite payments integration." is still displaying in each transaction record.

How can we remove this alert? we closed oour merchant-E account.
