Transaction Saved Search - Show Last Activity (60+ Days) by Current roles only

Hi Support!

I'm trying to create a Transaction Saved Search that helps with our user license audit. The goal is to identify users who have not had any activity in NetSuite for the last 60 days.

Below is what I'm looking for:

  • A saved search that shows only the last activity date (60+ days old) per user.
  • It should include only the roles currently assigned to that user (not roles they had in the past)
  • Ideally, the results to display: Name, Current role, and Last Activity Date.

So far, I have been able to pull transaction activity using System Notes > Set By and System Notes > Date, but the results include transactions performed under old roles (and current) that users no longer have.
