Financial Exception Management : Sandbox?

The new FEM feature is showing as available in our production the last few weeks. I have done a refresh of our sandbox and it is not showing available in the sandbox environment.

Is there a way to get the feature provisioned to sandbox?
We have a larger volume of transactions so we do not want to turn on in production without doing a deploy in Sandbox beforehand.
