Quantity different between Subscription Line Quantity vs Revenue Arrangement/Element Quantity

Hi

Subscription Pricing line shows a quantity of 1.

Invoice shows quantity of 1, Rate of 150,000.00 and Amount 150,000.00.

Revenue Arrangement shows a quantity of 12:

Why Quantity not consistent across all three records?

How does NetSuite determine Quantity on Revenue Arrangements?
