Sales Orders Erroneously Re-entering Pick Ticket Print Queue
The past week or so, we've had a few incidents where a line will be picked on a sales order and when the sales order re-enters the queue for picking the remainder, the next time the picking ticket shows up in the queue, it prints out at the full quantity vs. the remaining quantity.
I can't see anything that is being done incorrectly. We use OZLink WMS, but this is a pretty inconsistent issue.
Team typically print in the morning and pick (and create the IF's) in the afternoon, but this is a pretty common situation, so I don't think timing it doing it.
