What is causing my WMS printers to be inactivated?

We have WMS mobile printing through PrintNode, and all works well when it does. The problem is that the printers are being inactivated and reactivated throughout the day by a script. This script is locked, so I am unable to see what it is doing.

How can I see what is causing the printers to become inactive?

How can I prevent them from becoming inactivated?
