An unexpected error has occurred when importing non inventory item

Hi Teams,

I encountered an issue when importing non-inventory items for resale into NetSuite. The csv response only stated "An unexpected error has occurred" with no further explanation.

Has anybody encountered the same issue, and what is the root cause of this issue? Thank you
