Access to tables in Records Catalog

Hi there,
In Records Catalog I can see that an Invoice table is not accessible to my account as an 'unavailable item' with the below reasoning:
Allows to see records/subrecords/fields/sublists/joins not available in current context. (Possibly due to missing permissions, features or preferences)
I do see this table in my other account though. What setting dictates its availability?
Both accounts are accessed with the Admin Role.
