the issue currently appears to be either:
- an incomplete localization deployment,
- undocumented setup requirement,
- or a product gap for Saudi Cash Sale and refund arising from sale returns scenarios.
We identified a potential issue related to Cash Sale and refund arising from sale returns.
Our production environment includes official templates for:
- Invoice
- Credit Memo
- Cash Sale
- Customer Deposit
However, no “Saudi Arabia ZATCA outbound cash refund template” exists.
At the same time:
- Cash Refund transactions expose E-Document and Saudi Arabia E-Invoicing fields,
