NetSuite Saved Search to Get Actual Available Inventory Qty Excluding Committed Qty for Shopify Sy
Hi Team,
We are trying to sync inventory quantity from NetSuite to Shopify and need clarification on the best way to retrieve the actual available quantity from NetSuite using a Saved Search.
Our requirement is to exclude committed quantity and send only the sellable quantity to Shopify.
Current scenario:
- Quantity On Hand includes all physical inventory
- Some inventory is already committed to Sales Orders
- We need the actual available quantity after excluding committed stock
We are currently reviewing:
- Quantity Available
or - Formula: Quantity On Hand - Quantity Committed
Questions:
- Is "Quantity Available" the correct field to use for Shopify inventory sync?
