Assembly Item > Safety Stock Level
Hello Team,
We have the following requirement:
- Minimum Quantity, Safety Stock Level, and Maximum Quantity will be defined on Assembly Items.
- If Item A falls below the Safety Stock Level, a Work Order should be automatically created to replenish the quantity up to the Maximum Quantity.
- If Item B falls below the Minimum Quantity, a Work Order should be automatically created to replenish the quantity up to the Maximum Quantity. These items should be treated as higher priority.
Can Work Orders be automatically created based on these conditions? We understand that prioritization may still require manual intervention.
Also, is there a standard functionality for Minimum and Maximum Quantity in NetSuite? How can we fully utilize the Safety Stock Level on Assembly Items to support this process?
