WMS 2020.2.0.3 - Pick Beyond Order Quantity (over picking)

my current issue has to do with over picking. with wave releases and pick tasks now, I'm being told that our pickers on the floor cannot over pick an order line regardless of available inventory.

Allow overage on IF is checked in our preferences
