Can I default the Sales Order "Expected Ship Date" on Line Item Level to SO Need By Date?
I am still learning to use Workflows and am having an issue.
My desired result is to populate the "Expected Ship Date" on the line item of a Sales Order with the Sales Order "Need By" date IF the "Expected Ship Date" on the line item is left blank.
I have tried different combinations of Workflows, but none have worked yet.
Here is what i currently have as a Workflow (Still Unsuccessful):
Record Type: Transaction (Sales Order)
Inactive: No
Release Status: Testing
Initiation: Event Based
Events: On Create, On View or Update
Trigger Type: Before Record Submit
Set Field Values...
