Managing User Roles

My company is small and there are only 2 of us dealing with day to day accounting activities. I created a custom role for my staff accountant. For journal entries I gave her full access but she cannot delete journal entries. I would like her to be able to delete entries (in case they are wrong or maybe it's a duplicate). I thought full access would do that. How can I give her that access?
