Automatic Transaction Creation Rules

Hello Everyone, I am trying to create a new rule but getting the following error. Any idea why the error occurs?

The transaction I am trying to create the rule for is in foreign currency. Also, we use expense categories for account selection. All the mandatory fields on the "new charge" pop up are completed but system still gives the error.

Is there a way to customize "new charge" and "new deposit" form?
