Advanced PDF social media tags

Hello,

Original ask was to get the social media tags to display at the bottom of their ADV PDF pick ticket. I was able to do this using just the UI; however when they print it out is doesn't look good.

Now they would like to have them displayed in a custom email signature at the bottom of the email. Currently I am using the Send Email action of a workflow because they wanted this email on a timed delay.

So with that said, where should I make this footer? Should i do it in the Body portion of the workflow send email action? Will it accept html?
