Custom bank parser for CFONB bank statements

Has a custom bank parser for CFONB bank statements been developped by the Community ?

This format is widely used in France

I have extensive knowledge of transforming bank statements from CFONB to CSV with Excel but do not know how to create a custom parser.

So I could share knowledge with anyone interested
