Hello, we have a large factory and it's impractical for us to count items that are out on the floor. When we release work orders it commits the inventory. But we haven't yet picked the items. We were wondering what the recommend process is for items that are released and committed but not yet picked? This way when we do inventory counts we don't have to go out to the floor to count everything which isn't practical for us.
