How to have a list on Custom Segments based on Entities?

Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to define a dynamic list on a Custom Segment based on existing records.

Example: the goal is on a Custom Segment (lets call it "Members") have a dynamic list showing the Employees created in NetSuite.

I went through the SA notes below, without success.

Do you have any idea?
