Adding new UPS account

Hi,

I was trying to add a new UPS account on our shipping. for some reason without an invoice I can not add UPS account. but its a brand new account, in that case what to do? I am trying to contact UPS sales rep. Is there any other way to add the account without invoice number. Thank you
