How to make the Virgin Islands (US) as a state in the US

Hello NetSuite Guru team,

We need the Virgin Island as a state, the US Virgin Islands gets deliveries from USPS so we need to make sure it still says United States in the country field in the shipping address on the checkout page.

How to make it work in NetSuite?

Please advise.
