Subsidiary Budgets Overwritten when copying budget

Hello, we had a situation when trying to copy a budget scenario for one subsidiary, all Annual Budgets for 59 subsidiaries were overwritten.

One of our CFO's was trying to copy a budget scenario and went through the process to copy from FY2021 using scenario 8 to FY2021. Instead of creating a new annual budget for the subsidiary, NetSuite overwrote all 59 Annual Budgets.

Has anyone see this before?
