"Create PO" Option Unavailable for Sales Order with Assembly Item
We are preparing to implement Outsourced Manufacturing and during our testing have found that with assembly items we are not able to check the Create PO box which allows us to initial the intercompany purchasing process. We do have a "Create Work Order" option, but the finished goods have already been assembled at a different location.
Does anyone know how we can get the "Create PO" feature for assembly items on our Sales Orders? We have tried multiple attempts without success. Hopefully is not a system design.
