Transaction History not showing up for customer
A customer called to get a copy of a transaction. While we were speakign he mentioned that he tried to get to it on our website and it said "No Transactions Were Found". He had a Sales Order and a Cash Receipt from 2 weeks back but they didnt show up. I logged into my test account and saw all the transactions that should have been there. Then I attached my test contact to his account and logged in to his online account and it says there are no transactions to show at this time.
Any idea what the problem could be? Both the customer acct and my test acct are using the same customer role. I also logged in with my personal account that I sometimes use to make purchases and it showed all transactions just fine.
