Default Shipping Method on Sales Orders

Hello,


I'm trying to adjust the default shipping method on transactions. I've looked at setting it by form or by workflow and it doesn't seem to be an option. It's currently defaulting to the newest shipping item we've put into our list. These shipping methods are entered in manually by our customer service team and not one that's designated on our commerce website (which we have figured out there).


Is there something I'm missing when trying to make a default shipping method on a sales order form?
