Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Prepayments not showing up

We started using the NetSuite vendor prepayment function this month and this transaction type is not showing up in the bank reconciliation page even though the transactions are showing in the general ledger. What is causing these transactions not to show up on the reconciliation page?
