Access to Beta API

Hi, I'm a contractor working for a company with NetSuite. They've recently sent a Beta API access request. Apparently, they got an email back asking for clarifying information, and are getting their emails rejected trying to send that additional information in. Is there a number or email for a specific person they can contact to get this sorted out?
