Summary Type = Group

Hi, Im trying to group sales orders and should count documents but it gave me no results

Here is what I have in my criteria standard tab

here is criteria summary tab


on my result tab i have

sales rep which has summary type = grouped

Document Number which has summary type = count


when i save it results come back as "No Search Results Match Your Criteria",
