Make Copy functionality in Transactions Copying all data including attached documents.

I have a user who was using the Make Copy function on a Journal Entry and they mentioned that the make copy feature copied the transactions and all attachments. 90% of the time the attachments will need to be removed from the copy. This causes risk if they Make Copy and forget to remove attachments that are not related to the new record it will be questioned why those attachments are attached. In order to increase efficiency is there a way to set the Make Copy function to choose weather or not to copy the attachment
