How to group custom fields in Location records?

We have many custom fields requested on Location records. There are no custom forms or sub tabs available to group those fields. They all display in the main body. it's very difficult to manage.

Custom fields in Location records are Other Records fields. Is there a way to group/manage Other Records fields?
