Bank Data import BA12

Hi,

We are moving from Bank statement reconciliation to Bank data import but encounter few issues.

We downloaded the BAI2 file from our bank but can't upload into NetSuite. Please help

And we put together a csv template and upload successfully but only transactions without bank balance.

how to import BAI2 or include the bank balance in CSV file?
