How to update existing BOM Revision component items
Hello all,
I've been working on NETSUITE for almost to years and the question in the topic keeps bothering me.
Does anybody know how to update items in an existing Bill of Materials Revision through the Import Assistant?
I can update the Revision, Associated BOM, and Effective Start & End Dates of the revision. But when it comes to updating one of the component items, I have no clue. I can only add new component items, but not edit or remove existing ones.
Does anyone have a method that doesn't involve using the "Overwrite Sublist" from the Advanced Import Options in the Import Assistant? with this method I have to create a column for each component (which is nice with BOMs of 2-3 components, but usually i deal with BOMs of dozens of component items)
