Error while sending notes to NetSuite during the sync process

Hello Team,

In my application, the user can add notes, and then the Connector pushes notes to NetSuite.

But I found, that in some cases, the user adds a smile to notes.

Example:

The Connector sends to NetSuite the following character &#xD83D.

But we receive an error from NetSuite that NetSuite doesn't support this character.

Character reference "&#xD83D" is an invalid

Could you advise how to convert this character so that NetSuite will perceive this character?
