Standard Cost - 1,000,000 Items

Hello,

Has anyone ever configured the manufacturing SKU in NetSuite using Standard Cost for all items and will start with around 1,000,000 items and have this grow from there?

Other than potentially taking a long time to process a full roll, are there any known issues with this that anyone is aware of?
