How Do I remove Service Item Column from Time Tracking Details

I 'hid' Service Item from the Primary Section of the form, but it is still showing in the columns under Time Details.

Conversely, my assumption is I will be asked to add custom fields to the Time Details. I know how to add a custom field (Transaction Body Line/Time), but it doesn't show in the Time Details. The use case here is added Hour Category, (Regular/OT/DT/Vacation) would like to see the Category on the line item in the Time Details section. So hide Service Item and replace with hour category.
