Saved Search - Display week range OR first day of the week that a date falls in

I'm looking for a formula to return a Monday to Sunday date range OR just the Monday date that a transaction date falls in.

For example:

A transaction date of 9/1/2021 would return "8/30/21-9/5/21" OR "8/30/21"

A transaction date of 8/24/2021 would return "8/23/21 - 8/29/2021" OR "8/23/21"
