HTML Format for Field Level Help of Custom Fields No Longer Working

Has anyone noticed that HTML Formatting for Field Level Help of Custom Fields is no longer working? All my field help is now showing with HTML Tags in plain text instead of being formatted correctly. This started to happen just prior to 2021.2 release and still happening in the 2021.2 release. Any ideas?
